  Ordered a hat from here, it did take a while longer than I expected to arrive, but did end up getting here a day or two before my vacation! The first (and only) time I wore the hat, it was falling apart. I know that this company doesn't make the hats, it was a brand I could have gotten anywhere, but when I emailed them to inform them of this and ask to replace it they said that they would like to see pictures and that then they would gladly send me a new hat. I sent them multiple pictures of it and never heard back from them, waited a few weeks thinking maybe they'd just gone ahead and sent it, but never received one. When I emailed them again to follow up, I just never heard anything back with them. They sell great products, I'm just very disappointed in their customer service.
