  Awful service. The person we originally dealt with, Victoria, ordered from the wrong manufacturer. We lost over one week while she had to place a new order. We received a call that the order had come in to the warehouse and we could pick it up on Monday. We came in on Tuesday to pick it up. Nobody knows where it is. Victoria is out for 2 days. The staff is clueless but the charge has already gone through our credit card.

  Staff is clueless, to digital age. They don't know what they are selling, cant provide pictures, no catalog to offer, Inter- office catalog only on the office computer, quality of pictures are terrible, don't know how to get manufactures to send them info. Patio world needs to retrain staff.
